Creating an equivalent to the well used “Access to Higher Education” Diploma for use by students wishing to prepare for study at Masters level.

WHO IS IT FOR?: Any educational organisation wishing to create a course that will enable experienced people to skip unnecessary levels of study and prepare them for an appropriate level of study.

CASE STUDY: Working with University of Winchester and SAAVA (Southern Area Access Validating Agency) Mary – can you check this!!!! to develop the framework for an Access to Masters course for delivery in FE Colleges.

ABOUT: This project developed a course to facilitate those who have professional qualifications, substantial experience in the workplace or may already have a first degree, but have not been in study for some years - possible direct entrants into an MBA/ Masters Programme – but who need to build confidence prior to applying.  Candidates may have a combination of these entry profiles, but no experience of doing research and want to try a taster before committing to a Masters.
