Engineering
Engineering is the branch of science and technology concerned with the design, building and use of engines, machines, and structures.
An engineer is by definition a technical creator or inventor who creates or improves products or solutions. An engineer is not just someone who maintains faulty equipment, but someone can be qualified in one or more branches of Engineering; Chemical, Civil, Electrical, Engineering Management, Engineering Sciences, Geotechnical and Mechanical. The engineer improves products or solutions by solving sometimes complex technological problems.
This group’s work has concentrated on the current range of Higher Education awards offered by universities and colleges within the network in the broad fields of Civil, Electrical and Electronic and Mechanical Engineering.
